Michal joined Burton D Morgan Foundation in October 2022 as Program Officer. She previously worked for 16 years at HFLA of Northeast Ohio. Under her leadership, HFLA increased its outreach and partnerships, tripling funds that directly impact the lives of borrowers in need and forging relationships with other non-profits and community foundations to align their anti-poverty and financial empowerment efforts.
