Morgan Foundation has partnered with Credly, a leading digital credentialing platform, to award digital badges that recognize the time, effort, and learning our participants invest in our programs.

What are Digital Badges?
Digital badges are visual, verified representations of the skills and knowledge you’ve gained. More than just a graphic, each badge is embedded with data that links directly to the experience it represents—making it easy to share your accomplishments with employers, peers, and professional networks.

Badges are:

  • Verified – Backed by metadata that confirms your achievement
  • Portable – Easily shared on LinkedIn, resumes, and email signatures
  • Recognizable – Trusted by employers and institutions

Credly is the industry standard for digital credentialing. Through our partnership, we’re able to provide secure, respected badges that help our participants get the recognition they deserve. 

Who Can Earn a Badge
To launch our badging program, we are offering badges to individuals for the following:

  • Scalerator Alumni – Graduates of Scalerator NEO are eligible to receive an Alumni badge. View Criteria
  • NEOLaunchNET – COMING SOON!  Members of Morgan five LaunchNET programs are eligible to receive a Venture Builder badge.  View Criteria
  • Morgan Collective - COMING SOON! For individuals who have completed multiple Morgan Foundation supported programs.

 


How it Works
Receiving your badge is simple:

  • After completing a qualifying program or experience, we will contact you to let you know your badge is coming.
  • Check your email – You’ll receive a message from Credly with instructions to claim your badge.
  • Create a Credly account or log in to your existing one.
  • Claim your badge and choose where and how you want to share it.


Share Your Success
Your badge is meant to be seen! Adding a badge to your professional presence helps you stand out and shows what you’re capable of - backed by verified experience.  Once you have accepted your badge you will be included in our directory of recipients (you must opt in via account settings).

FAQs

Is there a cost to receive a badge?
No. Badges issued by Morgan Foundation through Credly are free for the recipient.

How long does it take to receive my badge?
Badges will be issued several times per year; you will be notified by email ahead of time when they are on their way.

Do I need a Credly account?
Yes, but it’s easy and free to set up. You’ll be prompted to create an account when you claim your badge.

Can I download or print my badge?
Yes, once claimed, your badge can be downloaded or used digitally.
