Scholarships Available for Nonprofit Summer Learning Series
Philanthropy Ohio is hosting the Nonprofit Summer Learning Series to provide nonprofit organizations with resources to build capacity and achieve their goals.
The Nonprofit Summer Learning Series begins on June 27 and will convene virtually six times over the summer for workshops and presentations covering the following:
- Session 1: Understanding the Board’s Role in Fundraising
- Session 2: Recruiting and Retaining Top Talent Through Equitable Hiring Practices
- Session 3: Understanding Financial Policies and Procedures of Organizational Budgeting
- Session 4: Empowering Others Through Coaching
- Session 5: Understanding Financial Policies and Procedures of Program Budgeting
- Session 6: Understanding Othering and Belonging
The cost to attend all six sessions is $150 per person and Burton D. Morgan Foundation will cover the entire cost for any organization that has been a grantee of the Foundation in the last three years. Ten scholarships will be approved on a first come, first served basis.
