Burton D. Morgan Foundation Will Provide Incentive Grants for Scalerator NEO Referrals
Burton D. Morgan Foundation is recruiting candidates for the upcoming Scalerator NEO cohort, one of our signature initiatives. For every qualified referral we receive from you, we will provide your 501(c)(3) organization with an operating grant of $1,000.*
Scalerator NEO helps grow second stage businesses in our region, focusing on the three C’s - Capital, Customers and Cash - with the end goal of companies realizing 25% revenue growth within one year of program completion. Participants enroll in a six-month course with a commitment of 1 ½ days per month. The 2024 cohort will run from January through June.
Eligible companies are based in Northeast Ohio, have revenues between $3M and $15M, and 20-200 employees. Burton D. Morgan Foundation and the Fasenmyer Fund will pay all costs associated with the program, making this opportunity free to participants.
To receive referral incentives, the qualified candidate must name your organization as the referral source on their application. Applications received before October 31 have the best chance of selection for the 2024 cohort.
