For 10 years, Scalerator NEO has helped *second-stage entrepreneurs step back from the day-to-day, focus on what matters most, and build practical plans for growth.
Across 10 cohorts, more than 100 companies have taken part in the program, strengthening teams, creating jobs, serving customers, and contributing to Northeast Ohio’s economy.
Our new video highlights the entrepreneurs, alumni, and partners behind this growing network and the impact Scalerator continues to make across the region.
New research on the program found that five years after completing Scalerator NEO, participating companies achieved significant gains compared with similar businesses.
Scalerator NEO is a seven-month, cohort-based program that brings CEOs/owners and leadership teams together for an intensive growth experience focused on the 3 Cs: Customers, Capacity and Cash. Through faculty-led sessions, peer learning and practical application, participating companies systematically identify and overcome the barriers that can limit growth.
Scalerator NEO is administered by MAGNET and fully funded by Burton D. Morgan Foundation with support from the Fasenmyer Fund, making the program available at no cost to participating companies.
Applications are now being accepted for the next cohort. Learn more and apply.
