Zach joined Burton D. Morgan Foundation as a program manager in 2026. He brings nearly fourteen years of experience supporting entrepreneurs through LaunchNET at Kent State University. During his time with LaunchNET, Zach created and led a wide range of entrepreneurial programming, from the Marty Erbaugh i3 Lab accelerator to microgrant initiatives and challenge-based competitions. He is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs as they launch and grow businesses. Zach holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University.
