Burton D. Morgan Foundation is pleased to sponsor an upcoming City Club of Cleveland forum examining what it takes for entrepreneurs to scale and for communities to build the strong, sustainable ecosystems that help them succeed.

“Tapping Into a Global Network, Scaling Up, and Building Sustainable Entrepreneurship Ecosystems” will take place September 17 at the City Club of Cleveland. The Burton D. Morgan Forum on Entrepreneurship will feature Songe LaRon, Co-Founder and CEO of SQUIRE Technologies, and Alan Rosenhoch,Managing Director of Endeavor Northeast US.

Their conversation will explore the challenges and opportunities facing today’s entrepreneurs, the value of connections to a global network, and the ingredients needed to create thriving environments for high-impact entrepreneurship.

Songe LaRon co-founded SQUIRE Technologies in 2015, growing the company into a software technology platform serving barbershops in more than 40 major markets across three continents. Alan Rosenhoch leads Endeavor’s work across Western New York, Northeast Ohio, and Western Pennsylvania, including efforts to strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems in Cleveland and Pittsburgh.

Endeavor operates a global network supporting high-impact entrepreneurs across more than 45 markets. Endeavor expanded its presence to Northeast Ohio in 2020, connecting entrepreneurs in our region with a worldwide community of founders, resources, and expertise.
