Registration is now open for the 2026 Rooted & Rising series, bringing entrepreneurs together across Northeast Ohio for practical learning, meaningful connections and fresh perspectives on the opportunities and challenges of building a business.
Launched by Burton D. Morgan Foundation in 2025, Rooted & Rising is designed to strengthen the entrepreneurial community by creating spaces where founders can learn from experts, exchange ideas with peers and build relationships that support their growth.
This fall’s series features four distinct gatherings at locations across the region, with topics ranging from creativity and financing to branding and the personal challenges that come with entrepreneurship. While each event offers a different experience, all are built around the same idea: entrepreneurs benefit from opportunities to step away from the day-to-day demands of running a business, learn something useful and connect with others who understand the journey.
Rooted & Rising welcomes founders and business owners at different points in their entrepreneurial journeys. Participants can attend the programs most relevant to them or experience the full series.
