New Recognition Badge Joins the Collection
One badge became two, then three, and the collection keeps growing! Next week, Burton D. Morgan Foundation will introduce its seventh digital recognition badge through Credly, recognizing entrepreneurs who have completed the BASE Roundtables program.
BASE (Business Acceleration through Shared Experience) Roundtables bring together founders of early-stage businesses generating less than $1 million in annual revenue. Meeting monthly in small, professionally facilitated cohorts, participants share challenges, exchange insights, and work through real-world business issues together.
Built on the Edward Lowe Foundation's PeerSpectives® methodology, the program creates a trusted environment where entrepreneurs can learn from one another's experiences while building relationships that support their growth. The first cohort was offered in partnership with Bounce Innovation Hub and Cleveland State University's Weston Ideation Lab.
The new BASE Roundtables Alumni badge recognizes graduates for their commitment to peer learning, collaboration, and continuous growth as entrepreneurs.
The foundation currently offers six other digital recognition badges across a range of foundation-supported programs, celebrating entrepreneurial achievements, skills, and milestones. Each badge is a verified digital credential that communicates the experience and accomplishments behind it. Recipients can showcase their badges on LinkedIn, résumés, email signatures, and websites, making their achievements visible to colleagues, partners, and professional networks.

Stay tuned! Next week, we'll introduce the first entrepreneurs to receive the BASE Roundtables Alumni badge.
