Registration is now open for a virtual Operating Systems Retreat, offered by Burton D. Morgan Foundation in partnership with the Edward Lowe Foundation.
The retreat will take place September 1–3 from 10:00 a.m. to noon each day.
Designed for companies actively using a business operating system, the retreat requires participation from both the Visionary and Integrator. The program will focus on strengthening this critical partnership and improving how these roles work together.
Participants will:
- Engage in role-specific, facilitated sessions for Visionaries and Integrators on Days 1 and 2
- Explore key challenges, responsibilities, and perspectives unique to each role
- Come together on Day 3 to apply insights and build stronger alignment with facilitator guidance
To ensure a high-impact experience, participation is limited to 8 Visionary/Integrator pairs.
Note: This opportunity is open to second stage businesses - those with annual revenues between $1M and $50M with at least 10 employees.
