Morgan Foundation is still accepting applications from *second stage (or stage two) businesses for two growth programs offered in collaboration with our partner, the Edward Lowe Foundation. Often, second stage businesses encounter new challenges around leadership systems and scaling, making continued growth difficult. They are at a pivotal point where effective management and strategic planning can significantly impact their long-term success.
The Growth Diversity Leadership Program is designed to support businesses led by People of Color with tailored resources, mentorship, and a supportive network to address their unique challenges. This is an opportunity to step back, build your leadership capacity, and connect with others who understand what it takes to continue to scale up.
What’s included:
✔️ A three-day leadership retreat in Cassopolis, Michigan (April 14-16, 2026) focused on strengthening management and leadership skills
✔️ Monthly virtual roundtables with fellow business owners to share challenges and solutions
✔️ Access to experienced business experts through the System for Integrated Growth® (SIG)
The Operating Systems Retreat is designed for companies that want to strengthen their operating systems' visionary/integrator relationships. Two people from each company - the visionary and integrator - attend this retreat. Often, these roles belong to the CEO and the COO, or similar.
