Burton D. Morgan Foundation is pleased to introduce the Growth Driven Entrepreneurial Leadership Badge, a new digital credential recognizing second stage entrepreneurs who have demonstrated a sustained commitment to strengthening their leadership and growing their businesses.
The foundation recently issued the badge to 50 qualifying entrepreneurs who have participated in multiple programs offered by Morgan Foundation in partnership with Edward Lowe Foundation.
Second stage companies are established businesses with annual revenues between $1 million and $50 million and at least 10 employees. Entrepreneurs leading companies at this stage face distinct challenges as they work to build capacity, strengthen leadership, and position their businesses for continued growth.
Through immersive learning, peer connection, reflection, and tailored support, the qualifying programs help business leaders gain practical perspectives, strengthen valuable relationships, and navigate the opportunities and challenges of leading a growing company.
The Growth Driven Entrepreneurial Leadership Badge is one of six badges Morgan Foundation issues to recognize the time, effort, and learning our participants invest in our programs. Issued through Credly, badges can be shared on LinkedIn, professional profiles, email signatures, and other digital platforms as a visible recognition of the earner’s accomplishments.
Congratulations to Morgan Foundation's newest badge recipients!
