Congratulation to Scalerator NEO Cohort 9 Graduates
Over the past six months, nine Northeast Ohio companies participated in the ninth Scalerator NEO cohort, a growth-focused program designed to help second-stage businesses scale profitably and sustainably. Guided by workshops on the “3 C’s” of scaling - Customers, Capacity, and Cash - participants worked closely with their teams to develop actionable plans for significant growth.
At the program’s conclusion, each company presented a detailed ScalePlan outlining how they will achieve at least $1 million or 25% revenue growth in the next year, along with strategies to sustain that growth into the future.

Collectively, Cohort 9 represents nearly 300 full-time jobs and $90 million in annual revenue, strengthening both the regional economy and Northeast Ohio’s entrepreneurial community. Participating companies included:
Advanced Distribution Services
Akron Rubber Development Laboratory, Inc.
Mika Metal Fabricating
Moving Ahead Services
PFI Displays
RIMECO PRODUCTS
S3 Technologies Universal Oil Inc.
Universal Oil, Inc.
Werner G. Smith
Burton D. Morgan Foundation is proud to support Scalerator NEO in partnership with MAGNET and the Richard J. Fasenmyer Foundation, helping Northeast Ohio businesses scale with impact.
