Educators will share tools for fostering critical thinking, from analyzing current events to integrating diverse ideological perspectives such as Marxist critiques of Keynesian economics. This discussion aims to equip educators with strategies to present a balanced and comprehensive view of free market capitalism, ensuring that students understand both its theoretical implications and its real world applications.
An Economic History of Capitalism - September 17, 4:30 - 6:00 pm

This session provides an overview of the economic history of capitalism, tracing its evolution from its early roots to its global dominance in the modern era.
Entrepreneurship & Creative Destruction - September 10, 7:00 - 8:30 pm

Entrepreneurship: Destination Start Up October 8, 7:00 - 8:30 pm
Foundation for Teaching Economics
This session will focus on institutions of economic freedom that are necessary for entrepreneurship, particularly property rights, voluntary trade, and the rule of law.
