Building a business takes creativity, persistence and a strong network of support. Rooted & Rising is a learning and connection series designed to bring founders together for practical insights, meaningful conversations and opportunities to build relationships with others on the entrepreneurial journey. Launched by Burton D. Morgan Foundation in 2025, Rooted & Rising creates opportunities for entrepreneurs to learn from experts, connect with peers and strengthen themselves and their businesses.
Each Rooted & Rising program explores a different topic relevant to founders, combining useful information with hands-on activities and peer connection. Participants are welcome to attend one event or join us for the full series.
