The Trustees meet three times each year during January, June, and September to consider requests. Organizations may submit only one grant proposal in any calendar year. Deadlines for submitting proposals are listed to the right.
When the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday:
The letter of inquiry or grant application will be due by 5:00 p.m. on the next business day.
Approval & Submission
If you have received approval to submit a full grant application but the application arrives incomplete, the Foundation may choose not to review the proposal until the next cycle after all required materials have been delivered. Frequently, the Foundation will request additional information after a grant application has been submitted; if the supplemental information has not been submitted by the agreed-upon date, the request may be deferred until the next meeting.
