Please join us in congratulating Gina Dotson on her recent promotion! Effective in January 2024, Gina is the Foundation’s new Director of Communications & Grants Management.
Gina has been with the Foundation for over 11 years, most recently as its Grants and Communications Manager. She has processed hundreds, if not thousands of grants in her time at the Foundation and has been responsible for all Foundation-related communications and marketing.
Her work guiding the development and production of the Foundation's annual report with TRIAD has consistently been recognized as best in class by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts, receiving multiple awards in their competitive program, The Communicator Awards. In her new role, Gina will be responsible for leading, developing, and distributing all internal and external communications that advance our new strategic vision and its desired key results. She will also continue to spearhead the grants management function by overseeing the process from pipeline to completion, and she will train and supervise our soon-to-be-hired Grants and Data Administrator.
Gina is also active in the regional chapter of PEAK Grantmaking, and currently holds the role of Communications Chair.
