Patrick T. Finley is founder and chairman of OMNI Property Companies—a conglomerate of Commercial Real Estate companies and strategic partnerships. He has been involved as a real estate entrepreneur for more than thirty years, starting when he was working toward his degree in finance from the University of Akron. Simultaneously, he became the youngest person, at age eighteen, to ever obtain a Series 7 stock broker license from the Securities and Exchange Commission. Additionally, he obtained several student rental properties at the university, thereby starting what is now the Omni portfolio. After receiving his degree, Pat worked at various finance and real estate–related jobs while building Omni and partnering with fellow classmates to create Pride One, a residential and commercial real estate development business. He also received his Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation during this time. Today, his real estate consulting clients and partners are many well-known international publicly traded companies as well as locally owned and operated businesses.
Pat has been involved as a principal in more than 2 billion dollars in real estate projects. In 1999, he was chosen as one of Crain’s Cleveland Business magazines’ “40 under 40.” He was selected to be a member of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2004. Pat has been chairman of the Cleveland chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO). He was named the NAIOP 2000 Developer of the Year and served as its president in 2004. Pat was recently the chairman of the board for North Coast Community Homes, a nonprofit housing organization serving approximately one thousand developmentally disabled residents. Mr. Finley was elected to the Board of Trustees of Burton D. Morgan Foundation in 2012.
