Job Summary:
Working in support of LaunchNET — a signature program of the Center for Innovation & Growth and
powered by the Burton D. Morgan Foundation — the Entrepreneur-in Residence (EIR) will provide
coaching and expertise to help aspiring student and alumni entrepreneurs explore their innovative
ideas, and, potentially, develop and launch their ventures. The EIR will offer one-on- one or group
venture coaching meetings, as well as facilitate entrepreneurially focused events, activities,
workshops, and classroom presentations. The EIR will also serve as a LaunchNET ambassador, helping
to infuse the spirit of entrepreneurship campus-wide, facilitating networking opportunities, and
participating in the broader Northeast Ohio entrepreneurial ecosystem. This is a two-year grant
funded position.
