Ms. Hoover has served as president of The Burton D. Morgan Foundation since January 2007. She joined the Foundation in 1999 as a program officer and was elected executive vice president and treasurer in 2004. She was instrumental in establishing the Foundation’s Northeast Ohio Collegiate Entrepreneurship Program, a Kauffman Campuses^SM Initiative, to spread entrepreneurship across liberal arts campuses. She is currently on the Steering Committee and serves as Co-Chair of The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Action Team for Northeast Ohio’s Fund for Our Economic Future. She is a member of The Aspen Institute Youth Entrepreneurship Strategy Group. She also serves on the Advisory Board for The Foundation Center-Cleveland and the Northeast Ohio Program Committee and Family and Private Foundations Committee for Ohio Grantmakers Forum. She is a member of the National Council for The Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.
