President's Message
As another academic year winds to a close, Northeast Ohio liberal arts colleges are gearing up to share what they have learned thus far from infusing entrepreneurship into courses and co-curricular activities. Ten Morgan-funded campuses gathered at the Foundation on April 15 to compare notes on challenges and successes and to discover how they can continue to share their progress through discipline-specific shared learning communities. These institutions include the five Morgan-Kauffman NEOCEP schools -- Hiram, Oberlin, Wooster, Lake Erie and Baldwin-Wallace -- plus Ashland, Kenyon, Denison, John Carroll and Walsh. With such a high concentration of colleges all working toward the same goals, there exists great opportunity for synergies and collaboration. We are capturing the stories from each campus and look forward to the time when we can share all we have learned beyond our network of NEO schools. While there is no definitive roadmap for any campus, much can be gained from the experiences of our thriving network of NEO campuses.
