Deadlines & Meetings
The Trustees meet three times each year during January, June and September to consider requests. Organizations may submit only one grant proposal in any calendar year. Deadlines for submitting proposals are as follows:

When the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the inquiry letter or proposal will be due on the next business day.
If you have received approval to submit a full proposal but the proposal arrives incomplete, the Foundation may choose not to review the proposal until the next cycle after all required materials have been delivered. Frequently, the Foundation will request additional information after a proposal has been submitted; if the supplemental information has not been submitted by the agreed upon date, the request may be deferred until the next meeting.
